Whitelock Renewal

Thanks to everyone that came out to volunteer their time. Thanks to Eddie and Mike from 2200 block Eutaw for their help, use of the machine, and for doing a great job for the community. Thanks to Parks and People for 1K grant, grass seed, and seed spreader. Thanks to Hope Williams from Cleaner Green Baltimore for supplying the much needed two dumpsters of removal. Thanks to Father Tom and St Francis Neighborhood Center for continued mowing and maintenance.

Debris was removed, a section of wall taken down, seats and tables inside the park repaired, grass seed spread, and best of all social interaction between residents. Hopefully this project stands as a continued spark of hope for a once blighted area, engaging residents to have pride in their community and continue to push for a cleaner, greener, safer neighborhood.
