Linden Liquors Protest

A group of concerned residents protest outside a (RHIC) Reservoir Hill Improvement Council meeting at which the owner of Linden Liquor and Lounge was to present changes they would be putting in place after finding out that they could re-open. Linden Liquors was targeted by Baltimore City Central District Police and the Liquor Board after not responding to resident concerns, 11th district councilman Bill Cole's concerns, and was eventually the site of a homicide where a young man was shot in the head. Linden Liquor is approximately 30 steps from the neighborhood elementary school, John Eager Howard, and its cream of the crop BD7 liquor license was grandfathered in many years ago.
